Anti-inflammatory Tonic

Anti-inflammatory Tonic


  • 1/2 Tsp Fresh Ginger Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Juice (or Powdered)
  • 1/2 Fresh Lemon, Juiced
  • Local Honey (to taste), about a Tbsp
  • Small Crack Black Pepper (Activates the turmeric to maximize benefits).


  • Build in a mug, beginning with fresh ginger juice.
  • Add hot water to 3/4 up the mug.
  • Add additional ingredients and voila!
